1. Who We Are

This site is operated by Southeast Services of the Treasure Coast, Inc. (“Southeast Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida corporation based in Vero Beach, Florida. You can reach us at privacy@southeastservices.com or 772-226-7416.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you submit through forms on this site:

  • Contact form: name, organization, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. This is sent by email to privacy@southeastservices.com.
  • Careers inquiries: name, email, phone number, area of interest, your message, and any resume or attachments you send. This is sent to privacy@southeastservices.com.
  • SSO Risk Map alert subscriptions: your email address and selected county preference, stored in our database for the purpose of sending you the alerts you requested.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

We use two third-party analytics services that automatically collect information about how visitors interact with the site. Both are described in detail in Section 4. In summary they collect:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and behavioral events such as clicks, scrolls, and navigation paths.
  • Session recordings and heatmaps (via Microsoft Clarity, described below): replays of how visitors interact with pages, and aggregated heatmaps of clicks and scroll behavior.

3. How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide requested information.
  • To process careers applications and contact you about them.
  • To send you the SSO Risk Map alerts you signed up for.
  • To analyze how the site is used so we can improve it.
  • To detect, prevent, and address security or abuse issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use the information you submit for unrelated marketing campaigns or sell it to third parties.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies. We group them into two categories.

4.1 Strictly Functional

Cookies and storage that are necessary for the site to work, for example to maintain a session for an authenticated admin user or to remember basic display preferences. These are not used to track you across the web.

4.2 Analytics (Non-Essential)

Google Analytics 4 (GA4). We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand site traffic and usage. GA4 sets analytics cookies in your browser and collects information such as IP address (used by Google to derive an approximate location), device and browser information, pages viewed, and events such as link clicks. Google acts as our processor for this data and processes it under its own terms and privacy policy. See Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics in any browser using the official Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Microsoft Clarity. We use Microsoft Clarity, a behavioral analytics service provided by Microsoft Corporation. Clarity goes beyond traditional analytics: it records how visitors interact with pages and produces session replays and heatmaps. A session replay is a reconstruction of a visit, showing the sequence of clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, and page navigation that occurred. Clarity also generates aggregated click and scroll heatmaps. Clarity collects this data on our behalf, sets its own cookies, and processes the data under Microsoft’s terms. Microsoft acts as our processor for this data.

Clarity is configured to mask sensitive input fields by default so that text entered into form inputs (such as the contact form and careers form) is not captured in session replays. For more information, see the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

4.3 Your Choices

  • Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Doing so may affect site functionality.
  • You can install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above to prevent GA4 from collecting data about your visits.
  • You can use browser-level privacy controls (for example tracking prevention, private browsing, or extensions that block analytics scripts) to prevent Microsoft Clarity from running.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy and as required by law. Specific retention practices for the categories above are still being finalized.

Retention of Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity data is governed by the settings configured in those services.

6. Your Choices and Rights

  • Unsubscribe from alerts. Every SSO Risk Map alert email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to be removed.
  • Opt out of analytics. See Section 4 for browser-level options and the GA opt-out add-on.
  • Access, correction, or deletion. You can email us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided through the site. We will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the page or communicated as required by law.
