These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Southeast Services of the Treasure Coast, Inc. (“Southeast Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The SSO Risk Map and similar informational tools made available on the site present public third-party agency data from sources such as the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the United States Census Bureau, and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), among others.

These tools are provided for informational purposes only. The underlying agency data may be incomplete, delayed, contain source errors, or have been updated, withdrawn, or corrected since it was last retrieved. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data shown.

Nothing in these tools constitutes regulatory, engineering, legal, or other professional advice. You must not rely on the SSO Risk Map or any similar tool for compliance, permitting, engineering, capital planning, or other operational decisions without independent verification of the underlying data and consultation with appropriately qualified professionals.

Agency data displayed in these tools remains the property of, and is subject to the terms of, the originating agency.

Content on this site, including service descriptions, case studies, articles, and informational tools, is provided for general informational purposes only.
