How Trenchless Pipe Repair Works

UV-cured cast iron pipe lining restores your home's drain system from the inside. No excavation, no slab cuts, no interior demolition. Here is exactly what happens, in order.

Four Steps, One Day

The UV-CIPP Process

  1. Step 01

    Free HD Camera Inspection

A NASSCO-certified technician runs a high-definition push camera through your drain system and documents every foot of cast iron. You get the footage, a written condition report, and a clear scope before any work begins.

  2. Step 02

    Mechanical Descaling

We mechanically descale the host pipe to bare metal using chain knockers and milling cutters. No chemical etching, no shortcuts. Clean, sound pipe walls are required for a lasting UV-CIPP bond.

  3. Step 03

    UV-CIPP Liner Installation

A resin-saturated liner is pulled into place, inflated, and cured in minutes with our UV light train. The result is a structural, jointless pipe inside your existing pipe with a 50-year design life and zero ambient cure variability.

  4. Step 04

    Post-Install Verification & Warranty

We re-camera the finished line, hand you the before-and-after footage, and register your transferable lifetime warranty. Most whole-home jobs are completed in a single day with no excavation and no interior demolition.
