Full Coverage. For Life.
Lifetime Warranty
Every CIPP Installation is Backed by a Full Lifetime Warranty. No Gimmicks. No Tricks. No Fine Print.
The Southeast Services Difference
A Warranty That Actually Protects You
Most pipe rehabilitation companies offer warranties that sound impressive but fall short when you read the details. Some only cover the liner material but not the installation labor. Others pass through a manufacturer warranty that requires you to file a claim with a company you have never met. And some tie their warranty to conditions so narrow that almost any real-world scenario is excluded.
Southeast Services does it differently. Our Lifetime Warranty covers both materials and workmanship on every CIPP installation. It is issued directly by us, not a manufacturer. When you need warranty service, you call us. We handle it.
Watch out for the fine print from other providers. Some require annual inspections. Others require large annual fees to keep the warranty active. That is not the case with Southeast Services. No gimmicks, no tricks, and no fine print for your warranty.
What Others Offer
01
Labor Only Warranties
If the liner material fails, you pay for the material and reinstallation out of pocket.
02
Material Only Warranties
If the installation was done incorrectly, the manufacturer will not cover it.
03
Manufacturer Passthrough
They hand you a certificate and walk away. Not a real warranty.

Warranty Coverage
What Is Covered
CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe Lining)
Lifetime Warranty
- Covers materials & workmanship
- Warranted for as long as the lined pipe remains in service at the property
- Transferable one time within 30 days of property title change
- Issued directly by Southeast Services
- Warranty activates upon receipt of full payment
SIPP / Epoxy Coating
Limited Three-Year Warranty
- Covers materials & workmanship for three years
- Covers complete delamination & separation due to improper surface preparation
- Covers pinholes, voids, or holidays resulting from workmanship
- Covers premature coating failure from defective materials
- No lifetime warranty is available for SIPP or epoxy coating installations
SIPP creates a protective barrier but is not a structural solution, which is reflected in the shorter warranty period.
Transparency
What Is Not Covered
We believe in full transparency. The following are not covered under any warranty issued by Southeast Services:
- 01Design or pre-existing structural defects in the piping system, including backpitch of pipe segments
- 02Pipe segments not treated by Southeast Services
- 03Blockage, failure, or damage from misuse, negligence, or introduction of foreign objects or harsh chemicals
- 04Acts of God, acts of third parties, vandalism, or events beyond our control
- 05Chemical or thermal exposure outside normal residential or commercial use parameters
- 06Damage arising from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or connections made by others
Flow Capacity Note
Whether it be CIPP or SIPP, it will slightly reduce the internal pipe diameter. This is an inherent characteristic of the repair process and does not constitute a warranty defect. Importantly, the smooth interior significantly reduces friction compared to the rough, corroded, and aged pipe. This results in flow capacity being restored to equal or greater than the original pipe when it was new.
Keeping Your Warranty Active
Your Responsibilities
To Maintain Your Warranty Coverage, We Ask That You Follow These Simple Guidelines:
Normal Use
Operate your drainage system in accordance with standard industry practice for drain, waste, and vent systems.
No Prohibited Materials
Avoid flushing prohibited items or introducing harsh chemical drain cleaners that can damage the liner or coating.
Maintain Access
Keep all clean-out access points unobstructed so our team can perform inspections and warranty service if needed.
Failure to comply with these guidelines may void your warranty coverage.
